Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Bike Mart account and select your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached; bikes must be clean and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
